(1) How to guarantee the Quality of Industrial Parts?

we are ISO 9001-2008 certified firm. we have the integrated system for industrial parts quality control. We have IQC (incoming quality control), IPQCS (in process quality control section), FQC (final quality control) and OQC (out-going quality control) to control each process of industrial parts producton

(2) will you provide sample for testing

For easy or similar samples, my company is willing to provide the samples for free, and our customers pay for the shipping cost. If the samples are with some difficulty, the sample charge will be paid beforehand. Also the shipping cost is at the buyers' expense.

(3) machining equipment

Our machining equipments include CNC milling machines, CNC turning machines, Die casting machines, automatic lathe machines, tapping machines, grinding machines and so on. Therefore, we specialize in CNC machining parts, lathe machining parts, Casting parts and so on.

The minimum order

We have thress factories, therefore, every small order is available for my company. Sometimes, our clients even buy only one piece of the product. BDD Assembly inc is such of our client. Though their purchase order is quite small, they have a lot of items to be purchased. ZY will be your best choice for small orders.

2Shipping ways

Generally speaking, we will use Fedex or DHL to ship the products. Our customers can reach the products within 3~5 workdays. If our customers do not need them urgently, we will also use our freight agent, If the products are of heavy weight and large volumn, we will ship them by sea. This way can save our customers a lot of money. however, it will take about 30 days to ship the products to their destination

You can provide your drawings or dimensions of your required industrial equipment parts and also your required quantity
